Pet policies

We know the importance of friendship, we understand that pets are another member of your family and your trips would not be the same without them, that is why at the Hotel Reef Yucatán we ask you to please read our canine policies carefully.

The pet friendly stay only applies to stays with a minimum of one night.

The pet friendly stay will be with prior reservation and subject to availability.

The dog's stay will have an additional fee of $550.00 pesos, taxes included.

Only canine pets will be allowed.

The maximum weight of the canines must be 10 kg.

Only one pet is allowed per room.

At no time may the guest leave their pet alone in the room.

Access to closed space consumption areas is not permitted. (Main Restaurant, Snack-Bar and Theater)

In common areas, the canine must be on a leash and on a chest. (gardens, hallways, etc.)

It will be necessary to present the pet's current vaccination card at the time of check-in at the hotel reception.

An area of the hotel will be assigned for the canine's needs. Cleaning the area where the pet stays is the responsibility of its owner.

The owner is responsible for all damages caused by the pet during its stay at the hotel.

Upon arrival at the facilities you will be given the regulations, which you must sign as accepted.

A security deposit must be left for damage to the room or facilities of $2,500 MXN pesos (taxes included) for each canine pet. This amount will be returned to you if no damage has occurred.
